The background
A school always has a lot of people on site, from pupils to parents and staff. The school wanted its team to be able to act immediately in the event of a cardiac arrest and to handle its own AED.
Our approach
Our approach
We ran CPR training on site, with plenty of hands-on practice on the manikin and with the AED that hangs in the school. Raising the alarm and receiving the emergency services were covered too.
The result
The result
The whole team can now perform CPR and operate the AED, and knows who does what if something happens.
